Become a Customer!

  • Download kawo app from Playstore or Appstore
  • Register with your Gmail or facebook account or manual entry.
  • Initiate a request by typing your pick-up and delivery location(or wait for the app to load your current location if it is the same as the pick-up location)
  • Wait for the system to calculate the distance between pick-up and delivery and cost per km and click on Pay Button
  • Supply the information requested, submit your request.
  • Wait for 15 - 20 mins for a rider to be assigned to your request
  • You can view your requests from deliveries
  • You can track location of the rider by refreshing the rider's location on the request you made
You will be notified via emails and push notifications,so don't worry if you dont receive emails on your phone,just make sure kawo app is running at the background

Become a Rider!

  • Download kawo app from Playstore or Appstore
  • Register with your Gmail or facebook account or manual entry.
  • Wait for request to be assigned to your queue(request not attended to after 15minutes will be re-assigned to other riders).
  • Refresh your queue for new request.
  • Update the status of each request as they change in transit.

Become a Partner!

  • Click on the Become a partner link
  • Input your BVN to verify you,click on continue
  • Input bank and account number for credit
  • Provide refrees details (very important)
  • Provide rider's details(yours or 3rd party)
  • Click on Complete Form
Congratulations you are now a partner!
